Built over a period of over 40 years, we have all the best and modern infrastructure for manufacturing any rubber molded product. The basis of any manufacturing industry is its infrastructure with a direct link to quality of product and hence we are able to deliver to the quality standards. Also, our confidence in developing new products, innovations and improvisations also stems from our infrastructure.


Mixing

Mixing and compounding is the most important step in polymer molding and has to be the most efficient process. We are equipped with the newage machinery of different ranges to cater to high volume of mixing with respect to all types of polymers.

Extrusion

We have extruders from 2" - 8" which can cater to extrude various shapes and sizes of profiles. We have the capacity to extrude 300 kgs of rubber per hour.

Molding

We have different ranges of hydraulic presses from 250X250 mm to 2000X2000 mm that can mold upto 1800 mm dia in a single joint. We have more than 1000 varieties of molds for different profiles and sizes.

Jointing

As the maximum sizes than can be molded is limited to 2000X2000 mm press, we have developed a state of the art jointing process. We assure that the joined products are as good as molded in terms of strength and appearance. Moreover all the jointed products are tested on splice tests before quality approval.

Finishing

After the first level of inspection, the product is cleaned thoroughly, trimmed and buffed and made ready for dispatch.

Tool Room

We have an in-house tool room where we develop molds as per the requirement of the customer. We have the capability to design and develop the size and shape of any product to precision.

Packing & Packaging

After finishing and a final quality inspection, the approved products are then packed and declared for dispatch with all identification marks on the product as per client requirements. All the packing and packaging is tailor made as per client requirement.

Our team of qualified and experienced personnel in machine maintenance ensures not only preventive breakdown of machinery but also in keeping the machinery running in the best mechanical health. This not only ensures better quality of product but also in timely delivery of products to our customers.
